30 Days Refund Policy

We offer a no questions asked 30 days satisfaction refund policy on all our regular priced products, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will take it back starting from the purchase date. MyShopppy warranties apply only to the original purchaser of products and purchased directly from www.MyShopppy.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, partially refunded or returned, all discounted or promotional items cannot be refunded. Please note that shipping & handling and/or customs fees will NOT be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse refund or a restocking fee of up to 20% will be charged depending on the condition of the returned goods.

How It Works:

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items, shipping costs are non-refundable. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to make sure it qualifies for a refund, and we will notify you by e-mail once completed.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within 3-7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our requirements. All sales are final. Please allow 2-5 days for processing after we have received your returns.

The above warranty is the only warranty authorized by MyShopppy, Under no circumstances will MyShopppy be liable in any way for damages, including any lost enjoyment, profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such products.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUNDS

All the following requirements must be fulfilled in order for us to approve any return and/or refund request:

• The item wasn’t on sale
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging without any missing contents
• Proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase clearly
• Items must be purchased directly from www.MyShopppy.com and not a third party

 

THE ABOVE WARRANTIES WILL NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

1. Modification, alteration, or repair of the products by any persons or company other than MyShopppy
2. Accident, physical abuse,  misuse or operation in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions
3. Any use other than that for which it was intended MyShopppy reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty at its sole discretion
4. Any health, beauty or consumable products are excluded from this warranty therefore are not eligible for replacement, refund or exchange

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE DIRECTLY BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER contact us to request a return or refund with a proof of purchase, we will provide you with a return address and step by step instructions.
